Gail Coughlin is the sole owner and lead stylist of Elevate hair and beauty. Gail possesses an eye for style, inner beauty, vision and technique to take one's look to their personal best. Her fascination with the geometry of hair design combined with a fresh approach of creativity supported a natural foundation for her career behind the chair.

In 2003, Ashley Brown moved to Chicago to pursue a childhood dream of becoming a hairstylist. she attended the Aveda institute in Chicago, which led her to work with the deluxe beauty line.
